Abstract：As a special group with high population density, army is usually asked to perform various emergent tasks and special missions, which need response to various risk factors in dangerous environment. Students cultured with normal model often think highly of theory but look down on practice, consequently the graduated young professional usually lack the capacity of either investigation or management, especially in case of emergency. Strengthen the ifeld practice teaching may improve their learning interest and knowledge structure effectively, enhance their ability of survey, analysis and emergency disposal, strengthen their consciousness of preventing break out and spread of dermatoses in large scale, as well as develop their spirit of innovation, therefor strengthen the ifeld practice teaching has important signiifcance for personnel training of military preventive medicine ofifcers.
