The present modalities for infant hemangioma and research frontier
Abstract:Infantile hemangioma is one of the most common vascular tumors occurring in infants with high incidence. Its unique life cycle includes the postnatal dramatic growth and subsequently a slow spontaneous involution. To date, its pathogenesis is still not entirely clear, though a variety of treatment methods existing. Any single treatment could not achieve the desired effect independently, thus combination therapies should be considered.
