Abstract:Sebaceous carcinoma (SC) is a rare and aggressive skin cancer that originates from sebaceous glands [1]. Due to its low incidence and non-specific appearance, it is often poorly recognized clinically, leading to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. On December 16, 2024, the Department of Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery at Southwest Hospital Affiliated to Youjiang Medical College for Nationalities (Baise People's Hospital) admitted a patient with sebaceous carcinoma in the left axilla. The case is reported here.
