Research progress of Ilizarov technique in the treatment of refractory wounds of lower limbs

Abstract：At present,Ilizarov technique is still in the initial stage of treating refractory wounds of lower limbs,and has achieved good results,but there are also recurrence problems.The biological mechanism of promoting tissue regeneration,the key points of clinical technique,the technical parameters of the postoperative resection program,and the postoperative effectiveness are still controversial and explored.More clinical studies and practices are needed in the future to develop standard protocols for this technology.Ilizarov technique is a research hotspot in the treatment of refractory wounds of lower limbs.Limb salvage therapy provides a new direction for patients.
