Abstract:Objective To assess the clinical effects of ultra-pulsed fractional CO2 laser combined with three different methods, namely platelet-rich plasma, intense pulsed light, and sall needle scalpel subsicion therapy,in the treatment of depressed acne scars. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 54 patients with facial depressed acne scars admitted to the De-partment of Plastic Surgery of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from August 2021 to November 2024.Among them,13 cases underwent ultra-pulsed fractional CO2 laser combined with intense pulsed light,9 cases underwent ultra-pulsed fractional CO2 laser combined with PRP,and 32 cases underwent ultra-pulsed fractional CO2 laser combined with sall needle scalpel subsicion thera-py.The improvement degree of scar depression after surgery, patient satisfaction rate, and incidence of postoperative complications were compared and analyzed among the three groups. Results There were no significant differences among the three groups in terms of the im-provement degree of scar depression after surgery, patient satisfaction rate, and incidence of postoperative complications(P>0.05).Conclu-sion All three combined methods can achieve favorable outcomes in the treatment of depressed acne scars, and the treatment modality can be selected based on the patient's individual condition.
