Abstract:Gefitinib is a selective epidermal growth factor receptor (epithelial growth factor receptor, EGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitor, a molecular targeted anticancer drug, mainly used to treat patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (non-small cell lung cancer, NSCLC) who have previously received chemotherapy [1]. Erythema multiforme infection and ulcer caused by gefitinib is a rare adverse reaction with no relevant treatment references. Since November 2022, the Department of Wound Repair, Burn, Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery, Baise People's Hospital treated one patient with erythema multiforme infection and ulcer caused by gefitinib, and the wound healed well. The following is a report.
