He had a long history of outdoor work and asphalt exposure, and was previously identified as having occupational skin cancer. Past medical history: multiple skin tumors with ulcers on various parts of the face and head over 11 years, with pathological results indicating 'skin cancer'; In January 2010, due to ulcers in the left nasolabial groove and right facial skin, surgical excision was performed, and histological diagnosis showed basal cell carcinoma in the left nasolabial groove and epithelial hyperplasia with mild atypia on the right face; In June 2014, due to ulcers and crusting on the left temporal region and right cheek for 6 years, surgical excision and biopsy diagnosed skin basal cell carcinoma, with partial differentiation into squamous cell carcinoma in the left temporal region; In March 2018, due to repeated non-healing ulcers on the right temporal region and left forehead, the patient was readmitted, and postoperative pathology showed severe atypical hyperplasia of squamous epithelium in the right forehead, with some areas showing in situ cancer.
