Abstract：Poly-L-lactic acid(PLLA)is a biodegradable synthetic polymer that acts as a biostimulant and can be safely degraded along the same metabolic pathways as lactic acid to improve hollowing or loss of soft tissue at multiple sites.As people's demand for beauty increases,scholars constantly seek more efficient treatment options to achieve the best treatment results.This paper summarizes the litera-ture,analyzes the experience of various institutions in PLLA injection filling,and forms an expert consensus on the standard injection ther-apy of PLLA.
