Clinical observation of trephectomy combined with carbon dioxide dot matrix laser in the treatment of acne scar

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of trephectomy combined with CO2 dot matrix laser in removing acne scar.Methods A total of 40 patients with acne scar treated in the Department of Dermatology,Hospital Traditional Chinese Medicine of Qiqi-har from March 2023 to August 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 20 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with trephine extraction combined with CO2 dot matrix laser therapy,while the control group was treated with CO2 dot matrix laser alone.The ECCA scores and aesthetic satisfaction scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the therapeutic effects and adverse reactions were compared after treatment.Results After treatment,the ECCA weight score,VSS score and DLQI score of the two groups showed a significant downward trend(P＜0.05),and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The final clinical effect of the treatment group was 95％,and that of the control group was 80％,with statistical difference(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions after treatment was also different between the two groups,5％in the treatment group and 30％in the control group,and there was a statistical difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion The com-bined treatment of core drill extraction and CO2 fractional laser for the elimination and repair of acne scars is significantly more effective than CO2 fractional laser treatment alone.Moreover,there are no obvious adverse reactions or complications after the treatment.It is a safe and efficient method for repairing acne scars and is worthy of in-depth promotion and application.
