A case of foreign body granuloma after hydrographic injection treated with a combination of Chinese and western medicine

Abstract:Foreign body granuloma after hyaluronic acid injection is rare in clinical practice and difficult to treat. In March 2024, the Department of Dermatology at the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine used an integrated approach of traditional Chinese and Western medicine to treat a patient with foreign body granuloma following hyaluronic acid injection. The case is reported here.
