Abstract：The role of the upper eyelid orbital septum in the correction of mild ptosis has gradually been valued,and there are also some doubts.As to whether and how the upper eyelid orbital septum can play a role in the correction of ptosis.The anatomy of the upper eyelid orbital septum and the application of the orbital septum in the correction of ptosis will be reviewed.
