Research progress of CO2 fractional laser in early treatment of postoperative scar

Abstract：With the rapid advancement of laser technology in the medical field,the application of CO2 fractional laser during the early stages of postoperative scar formation(within three months post-surgery)has proven effective in preventing scar development.Howev-er,there remains a lack of consensus regarding the optimal timing and parameters for clinical intervention.This article reviews the underly-ing principles,intervention timing,parameters,potential complications,and the application of CO2 fractional laser in early postoperative scar management.
