Combination of eyebrow lift and periorbital muscle treatment to promote periorbital rejuvenation

Abstract：Objective To explore the surgical effect of eyebrow lift combined with periorbital muscle treatment to promote periorbital rejuvenation.Methods From July 2014 to October 2016,65 cases of patients who underwent outpatient eyebrow lift and periorbital muscle treatment were reviewed.The pre-and postoperative changes in periorbital morphology and wrinkles were compared.Results Eyebrow ptosis and upper eyelid and outer canthus skin laxity were obviously improved in all cases,and the results were consistent and durable.In addition,the strength of the orbicularis oculi and corrugator supercilii was obviously minimized.The improvement of crow's feet and intereyebrow lines was obvious.The incision scar was not obvious after operation.Conclusion The combination of eyebrow lift and periorbital muscle treatment is an effective way to improve periorbital aging,which has obvious results in promoting periorbital rejuvenation.It should be considered for clinical application.
