Abstract：Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the correction of mild or moderate nasolabial sulcus with absorbable barbed thread.Methods From March 2016 to January 2017,32 patients with mild or moderate nasolabial sulcus were treated by absorbable barbed thread.The clinical results and complications were observed.Results Of the 32 total cases,28 patients were satisfied with the treatment.The rate of satisfaction was 87.5％.Twenty-five cases had swelling early after the procedure,which was released by icecompress.No infection,thread exposure,or other complications occurred.Conclusion Absorbable barbed thread lift is an effective and safe method for correcting mild or moderate nasolabial sulcus.It should be considered for clinical application.
