Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of different skin temperatures (in the safe temperature range of the rat) to the expression of collagen type Ⅰ,collagen type Ⅲ and adipocyte in the D980 laser. Methods A total of 30 SD rats were randomly selected and divided into 5 groups:skin temperature 27 to 30℃,30 to 33℃,33 to 36℃,36 to 39℃ and 39 to 42℃.With in the same laser parameters, the skin temperature of the rats was varied through changing the duration of the laser's action.Four weeks after the experiment concluded, the skin of the experimental region and the contralateral region was cut and underwent ELISA detection and histological observation. Results The contraction and elasticity of rat skin in the experimental region achieved significant improve mentover that in the contralateral region. Both type Ⅰ and type Ⅲ collagen increased significantly (P<0.O1).Conclusion The effectiveness of firming by dissolving fat was affected by laser-induced skin temperature changes.Under the same laser parameters, the best firming effect was obtained when the skin temperature was in the range 30 to 33 ℃.
