Clinical application of autologous fat transplantation in facial anti-aging

Abstract：Objective To explore the safety and efficacy of autologous fat transplantation in facial anti-aging.Methods From Oct 2015 to Oct 2016,46 cases of facial aging were treated with autologous fat granule transplantation.The clinical effectiveness and side effects were evaluated by doctors and patients at 4 weeks postoperative.Results Autologous fat transplantation was conducted in all 46 patients.Among them,28 patients underwent a one-time operation and 18 patients underwent two surgeries.The total rate of effectiveness was 95.7％ and 97.8％,respectively.All patients were followed up from 3 to 12 months postoperative.No injection pinhole scar,concavo-convex skin surface,local nodules,or calcification occurred.Conclusion Autologous fat transplantation is an effective and safe method of anti-aging treatment.
