Application of autologous dermal free graft in the breast reconstruction
Abstract：Objective To assess the effect of autologous dermal free graft in breast reconstruction. Methods A retrospective review was performed on 6 patients who underwent immediately breast reconstruction with prosthesis and autologous dermal free graft after mammectomy with nipple/areola and skin reservation from April of 2013 to January of 2014. Results The implant positioning and contour of all the 6 patients were excel-lent without infection, hematoma or seroma. Conclusion Autologous dermal grafts could be effectively used for the patients who underwent mammectomy with nipple/areola and skin reservation with a low complication rate and excellent aesthetic results.
