The chemical structure analysis of medical polyacrylamide hydrogel by means of infrared absorption spectroscopy
Abstract：Objective To observe the structural change of molecule chain, interlinkage and branch chain dissociation between elements of C, H, O, N with chemical structure analysis on medical polyacrylamide hydrogel(Amazingel). Methods Use inftared absorption spectrum KBR compression method. Results In the picture of infrared absorption spectrum, we can see characteristic peaks of amide, secondary amide and methene which are basically as same as standard polyacrylamdie atlas (pattern). Conclusion This material belongs to high polymer with 3D network structure. Dissociation between chain and branch chain molecules are not found and its chemical structure is stable.
