Clincal analysis of ultrapulse CO2 laser for lower blepharoplasty 230 cases
Abstract：Objective Application of advanced laser technique in treatment of different kinds of lower blepharoplasty and doing clinical analysis research. Methods 230 cases of different kind lower blepharoplaty were given into three group. Group A: blepharoplaty through conjuncti al incision; Incision with laser in conjunctival surface and taking out the fat tissue. Group B: blepharoplaty through skin incision; routine skin incision, taking out the fat tissue with laser. cut out the redundant skin and close the wound. Group C: the first step of removing the fat tissue as was done group A, the second step was removal of redumdart skin of lower eyelid. Results Though clinical observation and follow up, using the method of laser for blepharoplasty, the satisfactory rate was 97.29%. Conclusion The blepharoplasty with ultrapulse CO2 had the advantages of shortening operation time, promoting curative effects and reducing the complaiction.
