Application of the amazingel hydrogel in 473 cases

Abstract：Objective To intruduce a new kind of operation for augmentation mammoplasty and facial deformity and how to prevent and treat the main complication. Methods The Amazingel hydrogel was injected into retromammary space via submammary sulci. Results 473 patents have been treated by this operation in our ward. Excellent results were obtained. the main complications were hematoma formation and breast cirrhosis, the method to treat these are simple and reliable. Conclusion Advantages of this operation are assessed as compared to traditional augmentation mammoplasty and other operations for facial deformity. In addition, some private point of view were presented in this paper.
