Abstract：Objective To explore a simple and effective way to remove small wrinkles. Methods XH ultra-high frequency skin plastic operation apparatus can remove superficial layer of dermis and remove small wrinkles. Results Wound might be healing with 7～10 days after operation, new growing skin was flat and restored normal color within 1～3 months. Conclusion Ultra-high frequency skin plastic operation apparatus might be simple and effective to remove small facial wrinkles.
