Abstract:Aiming at the uneven distribution of substation fire protection resources,a substation fire protection resource allocation algorithm based on multi-objective optimization was proposed. The road network of power production sites was taken as the basis for the division of substation fire protection areas, and the fire protection requirements and geographic attributes of each divided area were combined to construct a fire protection resource allocation model.According to the characteristics of the model,a multi-objective optimization algorithm based on simulated annealing was proposed to solve the fire protection resource allocation model under the constraints of the Pareto optimal solution.Simulation and experimental results show that the as-proposed fire protection resource allocation model was more consistent with the distribution characteristics of actual substations, and the site selection results obtained by the as-proposed multi-objective optimization algorithm can maximize the configuration benefits under the condition of limited fire protection resources.
