Abstract:In order to correctly evaluate the safe flying behavior of private pilot,an evaluation model for the safe flying behavior of private pilot based on fuzzy analytic network process (FANP)was established on the basis of systematically analyzing the whole flight operation process.Aiming at the problem that the consistency testing of triangular fuzzy number complementary judgment matrix is too complicated,a non-linear programming model based on minimum variance was introduced, the calculation was simplified through finding the optimal solution, and the evaluation index weight with high credibility was obtained. An empirical analysis was performed with choosing the evaluation of flight cadets in a flight school as an example. The results show that the proposed model is more comprehensive and objective compared with the traditional evaluation models, and is beneficial to the training of safe flying behavior of pilots.
