Abstract：This paper presents a new model for reliability Evaluation of Multi-state device systems with link-capacities such as water supply network, oil supply network, etc. The method used the max-flow min-cut theorem and loop-sum theorem and gived two theorems and two algorithms to reduce Multi-state device systems with link-capacities reliability problems to 2-state problem. The model issimple and can be processed by a computer, two examples illustrated the method.
