Multifunction reliability test system for relays and contactors

Abstract：The configuratios, functions and features of multifunction reliability test system for relays & contactors are presented. The principles of hardware design, component selection and control function design are also described in this paper. It shows the monitoring circuit frame of contacts voltage, coil curret and action time. The system not only can fulfil the reliability test, but also especially suit for investigative test of electrical relays, contactors as well as time relays and so on.
