A general transposition method for helical winding design

Abstract：A method of transposition design for helical winding in transformer is presented based on the analysis ofleakage magnetic field. The method could be applied to various kinds of helical windings with different transposition schemes. Furthermore, it has satisfactory computation precision due to the use of multi-section method for the calculation of leakage magnetic field and the circulating current losses.
