Research on pre-mixed blow large-dimension infrared flame brazing equipment and its technology

Abstract：The design of Blow Pre-mixed Large-Dimension Infrared Flame Brazing Equipment and the temperature distribution,as well as the welding technology for tubes-plate of Cu are introduced in this paper.A crucial device of the equipment is infrared flame burner,which is a porous ceramic burner made of infrared radiation naterials that are mixed.The burner is provided with large-dimension flame and high temperature,so it is suitable for brazing crowded tubes-plate.
