Meshing characteristic and helix error rule of small pressure angle worm

Abstract：According to the features of measuring gear integrated error,the meshing characteristic of small pressure angle worm to gear is discussed,based on helical gear meshing theory,which affords theoretic base for studying the measuring gear integrated error with small pressure angle worm.On the basis of meshing rule and characteristic of small pressure angle worm to gear,the helix error rule of small pressure angle worm is proposed,which provides theory foundation for error compensation in the course of measuring.
