Application of shock impulse method on motor bearing fault diagnosis

Abstract：The motor fault diagnosis system is designed by vibration diagnosis technique,that is,shockimpulse method is especially used in motor bearing fault diagnosis and monitoring.In this system,the llision degree between roller and roller race has been judged by detecting shocking wave value of shocking point,so the bearing status and fault type are recognised.This especially adapts to detect early breakout fault, lubrication status and oil thickness of bearing ,etc.
