Abstract：Graph processing techniques about three dimensional mesh are studied in this paper. Based on Windows System, a common, complete performance and flexible engineering software of graphic display called Vision3D 1.0 is developed in this study. It supplies multifunctions on graph processing under integrated surroundings. It solves the problem of graphic display effectively.
