Research on principle of error-tolerant compilers

Abstract：Programmers often make some errors in program. This paper discusses the principle of errortolerant compilers. The errors in C programming that can be corrected automatically are presented, and the method SSM used in analyzing the compiler is described. The aim of this work is to develop a error-tolerant compiler which can correct some errors automatically.
