New transformation algorithm based on edge chain codes

Abstract：Coordinate transformation is often used in medical image recognition. For this purpose a new transformation algorithm based on edge chain codes is developed, and the computation of pararneters is also discussed. In contrast to traditional algorithm, it is accurate and efficient.
