Implementation of project organization structure based on PDM

Abstract：PDM maintains the integrity and security of product data across the enterprise and dynamically controls the product designing and manufacturing process. Project management plays an important role in departmental level PDM, which initiates the life cycle of a product, that is, starting the designing process, making workflow and taskflow run. The basic functions of product mana gement and implementation in a departmental PDM is discussed in this paper.
