Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Sacubitril/Valsartan,an angiotensin receptor-neprilysin inhibitor(ARNI),in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)and concomitant heart failure(HF).Methods:All 100 patients with ACS complicated with HF admitted to pingxiang people's hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected and divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50)according to treatment methods. Both groups received routine treatment of ACS.On this basis, the observation group was given shakubatravalsartan tablets and the control group was given valsartan. The adverse clinical outcome, cardiac function in-dex,renal function index and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results:The incidence of adverse clini-cal outcomes and adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),serum creatinine(Cr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)in the two groups increased with time, and the observation group was higher than the control group at the same time.Left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),N-terminal pro-natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)and glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)decreased with time, and the observation group was low-er than the controp group at the same time, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sacu-bitril/Valsartan significantly enhances cardiac function, reduces rehospitalization and mortality, and demonstrates better safety than Valsartan in ACS complicatde with HF patients, offering an optimized therapeutic approach.
