Clinical effect of traditional chinese medicine differentiation treatment of early diabetes nephropathy and the influence on urine metabonomics

Abstract：Objective:To explore the clinical effect of traditional chinese medicine syndrome differentiation in the treatment of early patients with diabetes nephropathy,and analyze the influence of traditional chinese medicine syn-drome differentia tion on their urine metabolomics.Methods:A total of 120 patients with early stage diabetic nephrop-athy admitted to jiujiang hospital of traditional chinese medicine from November 2023 to November 2024 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated accord-ing to standard protocols,while the observation group was treated according to the previous traditional chinese medi-cine syndrome differentiation types.The traditional chinese medicine symptom score,renal function index,urine meta-bonomics index of the two groups were observed and compared,and the value of traditional chinese medicine syndrome differentiation combined with metabolomics in diabetic nephropathy patients was analyzed.Results:After treatment,the symptoms of fatigue,edema,anorexia and limb edema,serum creatinine,urea ni-trogen,24h urinary protein quantification,arachidonic acid,lactic acid and glucose in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The levels of taurine,valine,glutamine,octade-canedioic acid and fructose in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The early clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentia tion in treating diabetic nephropathy is good,which can reduce the TCM symptom score of patients,improve renal function,and effectively adjust the indicators of urine metabonomics.
