The application effect of the conventional nursing combined with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing model in the nursing of stroke patients with hemiplegia

Abstract：Objective:To analyze the effect of the conventional nursing combined with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing model in the nursing of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods:Eighty patients with stroke hemiplegia admit-ted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from January 2022 to December 2024 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in-tervention on the basis of the control group.The degree of neurological deficit,self-care ability,hemiplegia muscle strength and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Before and after nursing,the national health re-search stroke scale(NIHSS)was used to evaluate the degree of neurological deficit,the Barthel index scale was used to evaluate the ability of self-care,the handheld muscle strength test scale(MMT)was used to evaluate the hemiplegic muscle strength,and the stroke specialized quality of life scale(SS-QOL)was used to evaluate the quality of life.Re-sults:After treatment,the NIHSS score was lower than that before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group.The score of Barthel index was higher than before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).After nursing,the MMT scores of upper limbs and low-er limbs in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The scores of SS-QOL in the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistical signifi-cance(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combined comprehensive rehabilitation nursing model on the basis of conventional nursing can effectively improve the neurological function of stroke patients with hemiplegia,promote the improvement of hemiplegic muscle strength and living ability of patients,and improve their quality of life.
