Therapeutic effect of shugan lidan decoction combined with danning tablet on patients with acute attack of calculous cholecystitis after cholecystectomy

Abstract：Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of shugan lidan decoction combined with danning tablet in the treatment of acute calculous cholecystitis(ACC)patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods:A total of 120 patients with ACC who planned to undergo LC in fuzhou hospital of traditional chinese medicine from June 2022 to December 2024 were prospectively selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group randomly,each group with 60 patients.The control group was treated with LC operation,anti-infection and acid-base regulation after operation,and the observation group was treated with shugan lidan decoction and danning tablet on the basis of the control group.Compare the clinical efficacy,gastrointestinal function recovery time(postoperative bowel sound recovery,exhaust,defecation and feeding time of the first),levels of inflammatory factors[hypersensitive C-re-active protein(hs-CRP),procalcitonin(PCT)],and function of immunity[immunoglobulin M(IgM),immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin A(IgA)]and complication rate of the two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy,IgA,IgG and IgM of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the gastrointestinal function recovery time,hs-CRP and PCT levels were lower than those of the control group,there was significient difference(all P＜0.05).The incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Shugan lidan decoction combined with danning tablet in the adjuvant treatment after LC in ACC patients has better efficacy,and can reduce the level of inflammation,enhance the immune function of the body,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,and has good safety.
