Application of video feedback teaching combined with virtual simulation experiment immersive course in urology nursing teaching

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of video feedback teaching combined with virtual simulation experiments in infiltrating courses in urology nursing teaching.Methods:All 118 intern nursing students from the de-partment of urology in second people's hospital affiliated to three gorges university from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected for a controlled study and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 59 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group was video feedback teaching,while the observa-tion group was given video feedback teaching combined with virtual simulation experiments for immersive courses.The examination results,comprehensive ability,nursing quality and total satisfaction of teaching were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of theoretical knowledge,practical operation,nursing case writing,communication,thinking innovation and learning enthusiasm in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in problem-solving scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).The scores of nursing quality and total teaching satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of video feedback teaching combined with virtual simulation experiment infiltration based courses in urology nursing teaching can effectively improve the assessment scores and comprehensive abilities of internship nursing students,and also help improve nursing quality with high teaching satisfaction.
