Effect of rituximab and lenalidomide maintenance regimen in diffuse large B—cell lymphoma

Abstract：Objective:To study the efficacy of rituximab and lenalidomide maintenance regimen in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL).Methods:A total of 60 DLBCL patients with complete remission after chemotherapy admitted to the hospital from January 2023 to September 2024 were studied.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30)according to the sealed envelope lottery method.The control group was treated with rituximab maintenance,the observation group was treated with alidomide on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The levels of neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and platelet/lymphocyte ratio(PLR),im-mune function,serum inflammatory factors,quality of life,and progression-free survival(PFS)were compared be-tween the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of NLR,PLR,CD8+and inflammatory factors in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of CD4+,CD4+/CD8+and quality of life in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The proportion of PFS＞6 months and＞12 months in observation group was slightly higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Rituximab and lenalidomide maintenance regimen is effective in DLBCL,which can improve the immune function and inflammatory response of patients,and is conducive to the improvement of quality of life.
