Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of seamless care supported by evidence-based medicine on postopera-tive pain and sleep quality in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods:All 200 patients who under-went laparoscopic cholecystectomy in weng'an county people's hospital from January 2024 to January 2025 were select-ed.All 200 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in weng'an county people's hospital from January 2024 to January 2025 were randomly divided into control group with 100 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given seamless nursing based on evidence-based medicine on the basis of the control group. Both groups were followed up for 2 weeks. The postoperative recovery,pain,psychologi-cal state, sleep quality and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results:The time of getting out of bed,ex-hausting time and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative visual analogue scale(VAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The seamless care supported by evidence-based medicine can effectively improve the pain degree and psy-chological state of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients, promote postoperative recovery, improve sleep quality and nursing satisfaction.
