Effect of jinfeng pill combined with drospiroone ethinylestradiol on endometrial repair after induced a-bortion

Abstract：Objective:To observe the effect of Jinfeng pill combined with drospiroone ethinylestradiol on endometri-al repair after induced abortion.Methods:According to random number table method,86 patients who underwent in-duced abortion in xiamen changgeng hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were divided into 2 groups with 43 cases in each group.Induced abortion was performed in both groups.The control group was given drospiroone ethi-nylestradiol after operation.On this basis,the observation group was given jinfeng pill for 8 weeks.Endometrial thick-ness,clinical indexes,sex hormones[luteinizing hormone(LH),progesterone(P),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2)]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in endometrial thickness between the two groups 1 week and 2 weeks after surgery(P＞0.05).The endome-trial thickness of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 4 and 8 weeks after operation(P＜0.05).The duration of vaginal bleeding,the time of uterine rejuvenation and the time of first menstruation in observa-tion group was shorter than that in control group,and the amount of vaginal bleeding was lower than that in control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of sex hormones in both groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Jinfong pill combined with drospiroone ethoestradiol can improve the body sex hormone,promote the repair of endometrial,reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding,shorten the duration of va-ginal bleeding,promote uterine relapse and menstrual relapse in patients after induced abortion.The combined treatment of both has high safety without increasing the risk of adverse reactions.
