Abstract:Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of awake prone position ventilation in patients with acute hypoxic respiratory failure(AHRF).Methods:A total of 97 AHRF patients from January 2023 to July 2024 who un-derwent awake prone position ventilation at shanxi norman bethune hospital were selected, and divided into the good compliance group(41 cases)and the poor compliance group(56 cases)based on their daily prone ventilation time.Uni-variate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis were conducted to dentify the influencing factors of AHRF awake prone ventilation compliance. Results:The age of poor compliance group was older than that of good compliance group, and the proportion of mask oxygen inhalation, failure to change body position in time,moderate/severe pain, low social support and moderate/severe disability of self-care ability was higher than that of good compliance group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that failure to change body position in time(OR=4.545),moderate/severe pain(OR=3.467)and low social support(OR=3.636)were the independent influencing factors of poor ventilation compliance in awake prone position of AHRF patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The compliance of AHRF patients with awake prone position ventilation is related to timely change of position, pain level, and social support.
