Abstract:Objective:By comparing the test results of the two test reagents, the correlation between the results of quantitative detection of hepatitis B virus nucleic acid(HBV-DNA)by a domestic reagent(reagent A)and an impor-ted reagent(reagent B)was explored,so as to select a more suitable reagent for laboratory project development and clinical disease monitoring and treatment. Methods:ALL 95 cases of patients with hepatitis B clinically diagnosed in Changzhou Third Peoples Hospital from May 2024 to October 2024 were collected, and two reagents A and B were used for parallel detection, respectively. The detection results were compared and the correlation and difference between the two reagents were analyzed. Results:The detection rates of reagent A(90.53%)was higher than B reagent(82.11%),and there was no significant difference between the quantitative results(P=0.706).The quantitative results of reagent A was well correlated with B reagent, and the correlation co-efficient was 0.987,respectively,and differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Reagent A has good correlation with reagent B.There is no significant difference in the quantitative results. They can be used for quantitative detection of HBV-DNA in clinical laboratories to meet the antiviral requirements of hepatitis B patients.and basic requirements for treatment monitoring.
