Abstract:Objective:To explore the current situation of expected sadness in stroke patients with hemiplegia and analyze its influencing factors. Methods:From August 2023 to May 2024,165 patients with Jinjiang Hospital(Fujian Hospital of Shanghai Sixth Peoples Hospital)were selected. The general information, expected sadness, psychological resilience and social support of patients were investigated by questionnaire, and Pearson correlation coefficient was used to analyze the correlation between the scores of expected sorrow scale(AGS)and social support rating scale(SSRS)and psychological resilience rating scale(CD-RISC).Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the related factors of expected sadness in stroke patients with hemiplegia. Results:A total of 165 questionnaires were distributed in this stud-y,and 160 valid questionnaires were recovered. The AGS score of 160 stroke patients with hemiplegia was(81.02±13.14).The AGS scores of stroke patients with different gender, age and average family income were significantly different(P<0.05).Pearson correlation coefficient analysis showed that AGS score was negatively correlated with CD-RISC and SSRS scores(r=-0.405/-0.492,both P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that psychological resilience, age, social support and average family income were the influencing factors of expected sadness in stroke patients with hemiplegia(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expected sadness of stroke patients with hemiplegia is at a high level, and age, average family income, psychological resilience and social support are its influencing factors.Clini-cal medical staff should take personalized intervention measures from the perspective of improving patients' psychologi-cal resilience and social support,so as to reduce the degree of expected sadness.
