The current situation of the implementation of curriculum ideology and politics in clinical nursing teaching under the background of fostering virtue through education

Abstract：Objective:Discuss the necessity,implementation status and existing problems of integrating course ideol-ogy and politics into nursing clinical teaching,put forward improvement suggestions and future research direction,and contribute to the cultivation of high-quality nursing talents and the development of healthcare careers.Methods:Through a systematic review of relevant studies in recent years,we analyze the current status of the development of course ideology and politics in nursing clinical teaching from three aspects,namely,teaching form,faculty construction,and evaluation of teaching effect,and summarize the current key problems by combining the literature analysis method and problem summarization method.Results:The study found that the rich form of teaching in the clinic promotes the overall development of students.However,there are some problems,such as:at the teaching level,the combination of the course ideology and politics teaching and the specialty characteristics of the department is relatively small,the lack of a systematic training system for teachers' course ideology and politics teaching ability,and insufficient awareness of course ideology and politics among teachers,the lack of a perfect evaluation system of the teaching effect.At the student level,insufficient attention to the course ideology and politics and lack of learning initiative;students' individualized differences lead to different degrees of acceptance of the course ideology and politics.Conclusion:The in-depth integra-tion of course ideology and politics and clinical teaching is a key initiative for the implementation of foster virtue through education,and the current development of course ideology and politics in clinical teaching promotes the overall development of students to a certain extent,but some challenges need to be solved.
