Effect of embodied cognition intervention in improving the psychological state of clinical nurses with children

Abstract:Objective:To explore the intervention effects of embodied cognition on anxiety,depression,and psycho-logical resilience among clinical nurses with children.Methods:All 38 pregnant nurses from Lyuliang People's Hospital were included in the observation group,and 39 pregnant nurses were included in the control group.Before the study(t0)and at the end of the study(t,),the anxiety level,depression level and resilience level of China adults were evalua-ted by generalized anxiety disorder scale(GAD—7),the patient health questionnaire—9(PHQ—9),and the resilient trait scale for chinese adults(RTSCA)respectively.Results:The levels of anxiety,depression and resilience in the con-trol group at t1 were higher than those at t0,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The level of anxiety and depression in the observation group at t1 was lower than that at t0,while the level of psychological resilience was higher than that at t0,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At t1,the level of anxiety and depression in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the level of psychological resilience in the observa-tion group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Embodied cognition intervention can effectively alleviate the levels of anxiety and depression among clinical nurses with children and enhance their level of psychological resilience.
