Abstract:Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of domestic programmed cell death protein 1(PD—1)inhib-itors in advanced non—small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),and horizontally compare whether there are differences in the efficacy and safety of the three domestic PD—1 inhibitors. Methods:Sixty—one patients diagnosed with advanced non—small cell lung cancer and treated with domestic PD—1 inhibitors at Ulanqab Center Hospital from January 1 in 2020 to December 31 in 2023 were selected and divided into the tislelizumab group, the sintilimab group, and camrelizumab group according to the difference of the combination of immunocheckpoint inhibitors, and were followed up for more than 12 months to observe the treatment status of patients treated with domestic PD—1 inhibitors for advanced non—small cell lung cancer patients treated with domestically produced PD—1 inhibitors, and to cross—sectionally compare whether there are differences in efficacy, survival status and drug safety among the three groups. Results:In 61 patients with advanced NSCLC who received domestic PD—1 inhibitors, the objective remission rate(ORR)was 47.5%and the disease control rate(IDCR)was 93.4%,the progression—free survival(PFS)was(18.44+10.52)months,and the o-verall survival(OS)was(26.31+11.74)months,of which 70.5%were PFS over 12 months and 75.4%OS over 12 months. There was no statistically significant difference between the three immune checkpoint inhibitors, tislelizumab, sintilimab and camrelizumab,in terms of treatment outcome and survival in patients with advanced NSCLC.Various irAEs such as fatigue, hypothyroidism, immune pneumonitis, and capillary hyperplasia occurred after immunotherapy, and there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions except for capillary hyperplasia, which was a Camrelizumab—specific adverse reaction. The incidence of all types of irAEs amounted to 68.8%,of which grade Ⅲ~Ⅳ accounted for 8.2%.Conclusion:Regardless of the number of lines of treatment, the efficacy and survival of patients with advanced NSCLC who received domestic PD—1 inhibitors in combination with chemotherapy were pro-longed compared with chemotherapy alone, and the domestic PD—1 inhibitors were more in line with the situation of the national population, and the price was suitable, and the immune—related adverse reactions were manageable and controllable.
