Exploration of the application of artificial intelligence in archives management informatization in pub-lic hospitals

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application value of artificial intelligence technology in the information of ar-chives management in public hospitals,so as to solve the problems of low efficiency and insufficient security of the tra-ditional archives management mode,and promote the development of intelligent hospital management.Methods:Based on the six technical modules of intelligent classification and archiving,image recognition,data analysis,voice assistant,collaboration mechanism and security monitoring,an efficient and safe file management system is constructed,and the application effect is applied through practical case analysis.Results:Artificial intelligence technology significantly im-proves the efficiency of file management,and effectively reduces the risk of data leakage through intelligent monitoring.Conclusion:Artificial intelligence provides intelligent solutions for archives management in public hospitals,and has a-chieved remarkable results in improving efficiency,ensuring safety and promoting coordination.It is the inevitable trend of medical informatization construction.It is suggested to further promote and optimize the application of technology.
