Effects of traditional Chinese emotional nursing combined with characteristic sequence through network nursing on disease uncertainty and Kolcaba score of patients after mixed hemorrhoid surgery

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effects of traditional Chinese emotional nursing combined with characteris-tic sequence through network nursing on the disease uncertainty and Kolcaba score of patients after mixed hemorrhoid surgery.Methods:The samples were selected from 411 patients undergoing anorectal surgery treated in our hospital from January 1,2023 to December 31,2023.The study scheme was a group comparative nursing study,and the patients were randomly divided into the study group(n=206)and the control group(n=205)by coin flipping.Patients in the control group were treated with basic routine nursing intervention,while patients in the study group were treated with traditional Chinese emotional nursing combined with characteristic sequence penetrating network nursing intervention.The score of disease uncertainty Scale(MUIS),postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time,exudate disap-pearance time,wound healing time,length of hospital stay,edema score,visual analogue pain score(VAS),Kolcaba comfort score and incidence of related complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing in-tervention,the MUIS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The time of gastro-intestinal function recovery,exudate disappearance,wound healing and hospital stay in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After 7 days of intervention,the edema score and VAS score of the two groups were lower than those of the control group after 3 days of intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The Kolcaba comfort score of the study group was higher than that of the control group after nursing inter-vention(P＜0.05).The complication rate of the investigator was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Con-clusion:The order through network nursing with traditional Chinese medicine can alleviate the uncertainty of the dis-ease,shorten the postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time and wound healing time,reduce the pain and ede-ma degree,improve the comfort level,and reduce the incidence of complications.
