Application of newman health system intervention in patients with laparoscopic total hysterectomy

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the application of neumann health system intervention in patients with laparo-scopic total hysterectomy.Methods:All 100 patients with laparoscopic total hysterectomy in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were divided into control group(n=50)and newman group(n=50)using random number ta-ble method.The control group received routine intervention,and the neumann group received neumann health system intervention.The recovery condition,mental state,coping style,knowledge,belief and practice level of the two groups were compared.Results:The time to exhaust gas,the time to get out of bed and the time to stay in hospital in the New-man group were shorter than those in the control group,the pain score was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05),the score of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score and psychological distress manage-ment scale(DM)score in the Newman group after intervention was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05),the score of active coping was higher than that in the control group,and the score of negative coping was lower than that in the control group after intervention(P＜0.05).After intervention,the score of knowledge and action in Newman group was higher than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Newman health system intervention can promote postop-erative recovery of laparoscopic total hysterectomy patients,improve mental state and coping style,and enhance the lev-el of knowledge and practice.
